WE PROMISE TO HAVE AN ADMINISTRATION WHICH IS :
By being impartial
By being objective as per law
By making the process less complicated
By reducing the bureaucratic level in administration
By declaring that all the services would be rendered within a stipulated time
By fixing the deadline within which a particular service can be expected from the office
By being courteous
By displaying names, designation, telephone numbers and location of the officials
By providing information and facilitation counters
By providing information regarding procedures and legal remedies
By informing public their rights, entitlement and duties
By providing services promptly and correctly
Acknowledging communication from people on the spot or within seven days and furnishing replies within thirty days
Redressing of all complaints and grievances within thirty days
By prompt action for solving the problems faced by the public
By reviewing this charter in every six months for inclusion or omission of services on the basis of discussion and interaction with the public
By providing information on demand wherever applicable
By providing information regarding services in form of leaflets and handouts at facilitation counters or notices prominently displayed at the notice board
We expect the people to give their support and suggestions in our service to the people.
